Republican Offices for 2019

There is only one partisan race in 2019 – that’s the county commissioner district 1 position.

The Clallam County Republican Party (CCRP) has endorsed Brandon Janisse for Clallam County Commissioner District 1.  The district covers the east end of Clallam County, and both the primary and general elections will be decided by voters only in that District.

Election 2019

There are many local elections scheduled for 2019.

Important Dates:

July 17, 2019 – Primary ballots go into the mail.

July 29, 2019 – Deadline to register or update your voter registration by mail or online, and receive a ballot

August 6, 2019 – PRIMARY ELECTION DAY. Deadline to register or update your voter registration in-person at the Auditor’s Office, and receive a ballot

August 6, 2019 – Election Day (Results will be available after 8:00 p.m.)

August 6, 2019 – Due date for Districts to file Ballot Resolutions for the General Election

August 19, 2019 – Pre-certification meeting of the Canvassing Board

August 20, 2019 – Certification meeting of the Canvassing Board

November 5, 2019 – General Election

The five-day candidate filing period for numerous local elected offices is coming up in Clallam County. Candidates must be registered to vote, and may file for candidacy online, in person, or by mail.
